Initial 50-mins consultation: Full lifestyle and sleep history, assessment of sleep patterns, routines and contributing factors.
Follow-up session (35 mins): To review progress and refine your plan.
Please book your appointment a minimum of 7 days in advance. This is to allow for a 7 day sleep diary to completed prior to your initial assessment. Diary will be sent to you at the time of booking.
